Return and Refund Policy
Conditions of Return
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any depreciation in value will be borne by the customer.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods. please contact us in advance at office@mtleathersupplies.com.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original, new condition.
Please note: We do not accept returns for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Due to the nature of certain items, returns are not accepted—unless the product is damaged or defective—for the following:
Custom or personalized orders
Materials cut to length
Digital products (e.g., PDF patterns)
All returns should be mailed to the following address:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, the reimbursement will be processed and the funds will be returned to your account within 10 business days of the confirmation email.
